PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & AUTOMATION

Your business is losing hours. We get them back.

We take your processes apart step by step and pick a fix for each one: an integration, an internal tool or an AI agent. Steps that shouldn't exist, we remove. You see what you saved in numbers.

FIG.01 — INPUT: UNSTRUCTURED
01 / Noise

Your business is growing. Manual work is growing faster.

Requests get lost in chats. The weekly report takes two days to build. One person copies data from the CRM into a spreadsheet, and another checks it back. The critical process lives in one person's head, and they're going on vacation next month. The usual answer to all of this is to hire more people.

New hires in a broken process just copy-paste alongside everyone else.

  • P.01Hours every week spent building reports by hand
  • P.02Leads that slip between the form, the chat and the CRM
  • P.03The one person the whole process depends on
FIG.02 — 4 TOOLS · USUALLY TOGETHER
02 / What we do

We pick the tool to fit the problem.

The problem usually sounds simple: reply to every request within an hour, or have the Monday report ready without anyone building it. We study the process and choose the tools that get you there. Most projects use a mix of the four below.

CH.01AGENTS

AI agents where they pay for themselves

They sort incoming requests, draft replies, read contracts and chat history, and qualify leads. Your people get back the repetitive work that wears them out by Thursday.

triage · routing · drafting · lookups
CH.02FLOW

Integrations & automation

We connect the systems you already use so data moves between them on its own. Statuses, approvals, notifications and reports update without anyone copying them over.

CH.03TOOLS

Internal tools

Dashboards, portals and admin panels built around how your team actually works. A replacement for the spreadsheet only Mike understands.

Metrics & analytics

We work out what the process costs you today and agree up front on how we'll measure the result. If a result can't be measured, we don't take the project.

FIG.03 — 5 STAGES · 0 SURPRISES
03 / Process

From the first message to a result you can measure.

Five stages. At each one you know what we're doing, why, and what you'll have at the end.

STAGE 01

Deep dive

We talk to the people who do the work every day and watch how the process runs in practice. The wiki can wait.

YOU GETa team that knows your process as well as your own people do.

//We'll ask the awkward questions.

STAGE 02

Research

We map the process, find where hours and money leak, and measure the baseline.

YOU GETa figure for what the chaos costs you every month.

//We'll find the noise you stopped hearing.

STAGE 03

Solution

We choose a fix for each step: an integration, a script, an internal tool or an AI agent. Some steps are easier to remove. Together we set the target number.

YOU GETa plan and the number we're aiming for.

//If you don't need AI here, we'll tell you.

STAGE 04

Build

We work in short iterations and show you a demo every week. Then we roll it out and train your team.

YOU GETa tool your team uses every day.

//We build fast. Suspiciously fast.

STAGE 05

Results

We compare before and after and hand over the code and documentation. If you need us later, we stay available for support.

YOU GETa result in numbers, and a solution that runs without us.

//The one slide your CFO reads to the end.

FIG.04 — METRIC LOCK
04 / Accountability

We work to a number.

Before we start, we measure how the process performs today and pick one target with you: hours saved, response time, conversion or error rate. We track it through the whole project, and at the end you see before and after side by side.

If you don't have metrics yet, that's where we start.

// Every number in the report can be checked.

Process Autopsy

1–2 weeks · plan and estimate

We take one process apart: where it loses time and money, what it costs today and what fixing it is worth. You get a plan you can use even if you carry on without us.

02 · PROVE

Pilot

3–6 weeks · target metric

We take the problem that hurts most and see it through to a result, against a number agreed before we start.

03 · SCALE

Rollout

2–4 months

We rebuild several processes one after another, train your team and document everything we did.

after launch

We keep everything running, fix what breaks and take on new tasks as they come up.

06 / Why us

Everyone's selling AI. We sell shorter processes.

USUALLYWITH US
−“AI” added to the list of services
+We use AI in our own work every day and know where it gets things wrong
−A chatbot and a slide deck
+We find where the process loses money and start there
−“It'll be more efficient”
+Hours before and minutes after, measured and in the report
−Account manager → PM → analyst → dev, and details get lost along the way
+The people who study the process build the solution, so nothing gets lost in retelling
−Works “in general” and breaks on the exceptions
+We look at the exceptions first
−A pilot, then silence
+Running in production, with the result in the report
FIG.07 — TOLERANCE ±0
07 / The team

The devil is in the details. So are we.

Big problems hide in small things: an extra approval, a manual export every Friday, a CRM field nobody fills in, an exception only Anna in accounting knows about. We go through the process step by step and find every one of them. That's why what we build still works on Monday morning, long after the demo.

AI helps us work faster. We still check every result ourselves.

// We notice what others miss.

Analysis // dig deep

Business analysis and product thinking. We break the process into steps and the steps into numbers until it's clear where the problem is.

Engineering // build & ship

Integrations, internal tools, AI agents. Built for production, with real data, real users and awkward edge cases.

AI in our own work // our own stack

Agents help us draft, review work and search through documents, so a week's worth of work takes us a couple of days. People make the decisions.

Different time zones. One signal.

We work remotely with companies in Europe, Latin America, North America and the CIS. Most communication happens in writing: a clear brief, a weekly demo and a shared task board. We fit the schedule to both time zones.

FIG.10 — Q&A
10 / FAQ

What people ask at the start.

Q.01How do you handle our data?

We sign an NDA before we see any of your data and ask only for the access we need. The solution can run on your own infrastructure, and we choose models so your data doesn't go to third parties.

Q.02Who will work on our project? And what happens if something breaks?

The same people run the project from the first message to the final report. Everything is documented, and the code and access stay with you. If you need support after launch, that's what On Call is for.

Q.03What if we don't need AI?

We'll tell you. A plain integration or a script often does the job, and we'll recommend it.

Q.04How do we get started?

With a chat in Telegram. You tell us about the process, we ask questions and suggest where to begin, usually with a Process Autopsy. Scope and timeline are agreed after that, before we start.

Q.05What systems do you work with?

Anything we can connect to: CRMs, ERPs, messengers, spreadsheets, internal databases. If a system has no API, we can usually find another way in.

Q.06How fast will we see results?

Usually it goes like this: 1–2 weeks for the Process Autopsy, then a 3–6 week Pilot. The first changes show up during the Pilot, and you see a demo every week.

Q.07Do you work in our industry?

Most likely, yes. We learn your process rather than an industry template. Most of our experience is in agencies, fintech, iGaming and e-commerce.
