We take processes apart down to the last step.
Neuro Witchers brings product management, business analysis and engineering together. Each of us has more than ten years behind them: agencies, iGaming, telecom, FMCG, big companies and consulting.
Most of what we fix, we’ve already seen from the inside.
We’ve worked with small teams and with corporations that have thousands of employees. Each industry left us with something of its own.
Agencies
A new client every month: a different industry, different vocabulary, the same deadline. So we get our heads around an unfamiliar business quickly.
iGaming
People here look at the numbers every day and decide based on them. That’s where we got the habit of measuring first and arguing later. And respect for systems that aren’t allowed to go down under load.
Telecom
Huge systems that have been running for years, and integrations the whole business depends on. You learn to change things without breaking anything.
FMCG
Sales rest on operations: shipments, reports, reconciliations. We’ve watched a single manual spreadsheet eat weeks of people’s time over a year.
Big companies and consulting
Long approval chains, lots of stakeholders and a CFO who checks every number. We learned to build estimates that survive the CFO’s questions.
We dig in, do the maths and build it ourselves.
Product
We find out why the process exists at all and what matters about it to the business. We set the goal and estimate up front whether the solution will pay off.
Analysis
We walk through the process with the people who do the work every day and watch where the time goes.
Engineering
We write integrations, internal tools and AI agents that run on real data. We pay special attention to exceptions: that’s usually where things break.
A few rules we don’t break.
- 01
Process first, tools second.
Sometimes the best move is simply to drop an unnecessary step. We only bring in AI if it will pay off.
- 02
A number before we start.
Before any work begins, we decide together what we’ll measure. If a result can’t be measured, we don’t promise it.
- 03
Whoever dug in, builds it.
The solution is built by the same people who talked to your team, so nothing gets lost in the retelling.
- 04
Everything stays with you.
Code, access and documentation belong to you. If we vanished tomorrow, everything would keep working.
- 05
It’s all written down.
We put agreements and decisions in writing and show a demo every week. Six months later, it’s easy to find out why something was done the way it was.
- 06
We can say no.
If the task is easier to solve without us or without AI, we’ll tell you.
We won’t be a fit if…
- −you need AI to tick a box, and nobody plans to change the process;
- −we won’t be allowed near the people who actually do the work;
- −you just need extra developer hands on outstaff;
- −the brief is “do what the competitors did”, and nobody knows which numbers should change.
+If none of that sounds like you, write to us.
Tell us which process hurts the most.
A couple of sentences is enough. We’ll look into it and tell you where to start.
